Frequently asked questions.

Is sound bath a type of meditation?

A sound bath may not fit the mould of traditional meditation as many understand it; however, it offers a unique pathway to the benefits commonly sought through meditation, such as relaxation, and mindfulness. A sound bath, doesn’t have to include postures, focused attention, complex mantras, or specific breathing techniques. However these elements work well in conjunction with a sound bath and can bring additional benefits to your experience.

During the Sound Spa session, participants are invited to listen, allowing the fleeting nature of sound—present only in the moment—to foster a deep connection with the here and now. This approach to mindfulness is accessible and beneficial to both beginners and seasoned meditators alike, making it a valuable addition to anyone's relaxation or meditation practice.

Will the Sound Spa session help me sleep better?

Many participants report enhanced sleep quality after a Sound Spa session, noting that the benefits extend beyond just a restful night to include a sense of calm and focus that lasts through the following day. Generally, sound bath experiences foster a reflective state, conducive to self-healing, and can infuse your daily life with tranquillity, ultimately supporting healthier sleep patterns.
