This retreat offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and nurture your well-being in a supportive environment - so you can move through life with greater ease and bring forward your best self.

Through a harmonious blend of immersive sound bath, grounding Chadao tea ceremony, restorative yoga, uplifting mantra music, and kirtan, we’ll create a space for you to be fully present, soothe your nervous system, release stress, and support your body’s natural healing process.

The Venue

The retreat is held at the beautiful Oak House Studio, a luxurious countryside sanctuary within the grounds of Hatfield House in Hertfordshire.

Surrounded by lush greenery and just 30 minutes from central London, it’s the perfect setting to step away from the noise and invest in your well-being.

Spaces are limited to ensure a supportive and personal experience.

Guided by Ananda Monet, Keli Woods and guest facilitators, Lera Zujeva and Inoka Halwatura, this thoughtfully designed experience will leave you feeling renewed, centred, and ready to embrace life with open arms.

    Ananda Monet

    Sound Therapist and Kirtan Artist.

    Ananda Monet is a singer, mantra-music artist, sound therapist and kirtan facilitator. Drawing from lifelong experience, Ananda has cultivated a distinctive approach to sound therapy, rooted in the transformative power of voice, sacred sound and intention, offering a way to enter into a state of deep rest and self-healing, as well as foster a spiritual connection.

    Over the past 15 years, Ananda has released two music albums and introduced diverse audiences worldwide to sacred sound, creating uplifting and healing experiences, from concerts and festivals to private retreats.

  • Keli Woods

    Keli Woods

    Sound Artist, Mantra Meditation facilitator

    Keli Woods is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, sound facilitator, teacher and music producer. He began his career at age 13 as a professional Jazz drummer and also toured the musical theatre circuit in Wales and England until age 19. He then spent 5 years living as a monk in Wales and India, studying and teaching ancient yoga texts from the east. His natural talent, accompanied with years of experience and hard work help bring the depth of his music to life for live audiences near and far.

    Lera Zujeva

    Master of the Tea Ceremony

    Lera has been a devoted Student of the Leaf for many years. For centuries, Tea in the form of Chadao Practice has been used by Daoist Sages and Buddhist Monks for alchemy and transformation. Lera holds sacred spaces with the Medicine of Tea in Chadao tradition of Global Tea Hut, facilitating journeys from the head to the heart, to the intimacy of life itself.

    Inoka Halwatura

    Inoka is a devoted yoga practitioner and teacher with a decade of experience rooted in the traditions of Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Yin, and Yoga Nidra practices. Her holistic approach integrates Asana, Meditation, Pranayama (breath work) Bhakti yoga (kirtan/mantra chanting) Karma yoga (serving), Ayurveda with the study of Yoga Philosophy honoring the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

    Passionate about the power of community, Inoka creates spaces for healing and growth, teaching at retreats, festivals, and workshops worldwide. She combines yoga with nature and creative expression to inspire and integrate connection and well-being.

Your day will look something like this*:

10:15 - 10:30: Arrival

10:30 - 10:45: Setting an intention

10:45 - 11:45: Restorative Yoga, gentle movement to align and rejuvenate

12:00 - 13:00: Sound Spa, an immersive sound journey to relax and soothe

13:00 - 13:15: Reflection & Journaling, capturing insights and intentions

13:15 - 14:15: Nourishing plant-based lunch

14:50 - 15:15: Tea Ceremony to ground and savour the present

15:15 - 16:15: Woodlands walk to connect with nature

16:15 - 17:00: Mantra Meditation and Kirtan, uplifting your spirit with sacred song

17:00 - 17:30: Closing Circle and goodbyes

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothes you can sit, rest & take a gentle walk in,

  • A light jumper or cardigan (with sleeves) in case it gets chilly,

  • Sturdy shoes for the woodland walk.

    Mats, bolsters, blankets, pillows and eye masks will be provided.
